Welcome to the IT Connection. This site is dedicated to providing consistent messages and alerts to the University of South Carolina community related to University Technology Services maintenance, information, outages and potential threats to the IT backbone.

Please note that only USC faculty, staff and students will be able to access this information. You will have to enter your USC network username and password to gain access. If you need assistance or have problems logging in, please contact the UTS Help Desk at 777-1800.

The IT Connection system replaces the previous outages messaging system used by UTS staff. Access to the old outage messages will still be available for a limited time. For access, please click on "Outage Archive" in the menu.
